Construction services in The Bronx, NY →
The Bronx is full of attached brick two- and three-family homes, pre-war apartment buildings along the Grand Concourse and Fordham Road, and detached frame houses in Pelham Bay, Throgs Neck and Riverdale. Decades of freeze-thaw cycles open mortar joints, rust steel lintels and loosen parapets — the most common exterior problems we see in the borough. Our office is at 2444 Delanoy Ave, so most Bronx jobs are a short drive away — we can often inspect the same or next day.
Construction services in Manhattan, NY →
Manhattan has the city’s densest stock of pre-war apartment buildings, walk-ups and townhouses. Taller buildings fall under Local Law 11 facade inspections, and parapets, cornices and lintels facing busy sidewalks have to be kept in safe condition. Manhattan work is planned around building rules, freight elevators and street permits — we handle the logistics so the job runs on schedule.
Construction services in Brooklyn, NY →
Brooklyn is the borough of brownstones and brick row houses — Bed-Stuy, Park Slope, Clinton Hill and Crown Heights have entire blocks of 19th- and early-20th-century facades. Soft historic brick and lime mortar need matched repair materials, and many blocks sit inside landmark districts. We work across Brooklyn every week and schedule inspections around traffic so you get a firm appointment time.
Construction services in Queens, NY →
Queens mixes brick row houses in Ridgewood and Jackson Heights, Tudor homes in Forest Hills, detached houses in Bayside and Whitestone, and garden apartment complexes. Brick chimneys, front walls and retaining walls are common masonry repairs here. We cover all of Queens from our Bronx base via the Whitestone and Throgs Neck bridges, so northern and eastern Queens are especially quick to reach.
Construction services in Staten Island, NY →
Staten Island is mostly detached and semi-detached houses — frame homes with siding, newer brick-front townhouses and older Victorians near the North Shore. Brick veneer, chimneys, front steps and retaining walls on sloped lots are frequent masonry jobs. We schedule Staten Island projects in blocks to keep crews on site full days, and inspections are booked at times that suit you.
