Can you remove a violation from my property?
We correct the physical condition behind the violation and provide the documentation needed. The formal dismissal or certification is filed with the agency, often by the owner, an expediter or a registered design professional; we coordinate with them.
Do you perform FISP inspections?
FISP inspections must be done by a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (a licensed engineer or architect). We perform the repairs and work alongside your QEWI.
How fast can you start?
For unsafe conditions we prioritize quickly, including temporary protection. Planned repairs are scheduled after permits are in place.
Do you work with property managers and co-op boards?
